Green Crittall Windows and Dramatic Heights

This design looks at moving the kitchen, dining room and snug into the basement to maximise the floor area whilst reinforcing the visual and physical connection to the rear garden. The cinema room has been made
slightly smaller to accommodate for a slightly larger kitchen and dining area. A larder cupboard, WC and utility are tucked in the corner with hidden doors with timber lats.

By moving the staircase to the end of the room, the floor plan opens itself up, lending more space to the dining, snug and kitchen. French doors on the rear wall maximise the visual and physical connection to the rear garden.

Green crittall styled glazing is replicated everywhere- windows, doors, partitions! You name it, we have it!

Some key principles that we considered in Murray House's design-
1. The Colour Black: incorporation of different textures and patterns, highlighting the chosen colour.
2. Tactile Elements: textured materials like metal, timber and brick can be played around.
3. Proportion: integration of the existing proportions to ensure that it merges seamlessly into the home.
