This design option looks at highlighting the skylight within the centre of the extended space. with a timber reveal around the skylight that connects to all the exposed beams. Within the skylight, a perforated metal mesh shelf is attached for plants to be placed or hung from. On the right, some of the timber beams create louvres on the windows as suggested by many reference pictures provided by the client.
