UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The lads at Zetland Road have been working tirelessly to get this basement conversion into good shape. Phase 1 is almost done, then it’s time to get into the thermal upgrade of the interior.
ON SITE
Bowlacre Road has been making promising progress on site. The project features the thermal upgrade of the existing envelope, along with a new attic suite, with guest bedrooms and a large play room. A new glazed dormer and patio will be worth the wait, once the works are complete later this summer.
DEVELOPED DESIGN
There’s nothing like a feature staircase to fill a double height space. We finished making the final touches to this ambitious project earlier this month, and we can’t wait to see it become a realityincoporating green crittall windows.
MICROHOMES COMPETITION BID
AU could never turn a challenge down! The ever-reliable WikiHouse system comes through once again for
our bid for Kingspan’s Microhomes Architecture competition. It features a considered and compact design which showcases highly sustainable materials and stylish red tones. We await the verdict later this summer.
